The possibilities for the event on February 8th are taking shape. It feels like a treasure hunt to find people who are willing to share something they care about. There will be a chance to explore communicating through both sunny and tough times, (and this couple has certainly seen both), as well as tapping into the experience of a licensed therapist. Plus,
speaking of treasure hunts, there will be a chance to go geocaching with a family who have themselves found over a thousand caches over the past fourteen years. For those who enjoy working with their hands, you can craft a wooden stool, or roll Danish pastry.
The meals will be provided by a gifted woman who currently serves delicious options under the name of Green Harvest Catering, and snacks will magically appear thanks to the kitchen of Every Last
Crumb.
Children will have their own stories to write home about, under the care of a woman who understands that being in nature is nourishing. Her Forest School takes kids out under all kinds of skies, knowing that "There is no bad weather, just bad clothing."
Each participant will choose three workshops out of about fifteen, with or without a spouse. I believe that you can have fun, and support relationships whether there is a ring on
your finger or not.
